Description
This new early-maturing Yangmei variety, developed in Fujian, starts to ripen at the end of April, with fruits ready for harvest by early May. The male and female flowers grow on the same tree. The fruits are purple-red in color, weighing between 9–15 grams each, with soluble solids content ranging from 10.5% to 12.0%. The flesh is tender and juicy, offering a sweet and delicious flavor. The seed weighs between 0.58–0.61 grams, resulting in an edible rate of 93.5% to 94.5%. This is one of the earliest-maturing Yangmei varieties in China.
