Large Chicken Heart (大鸡心黄皮)

Description

The fruit resembles a chicken heart and is large, with individual fruits weighing 9-14 grams. The skin is thin and pale yellow or waxy yellow, while the flesh is yellowish-white, sweet with a honey-like fragrance, or sweet with a slight tartness. The flesh is crisp and juicy, containing 15% soluble solids, and has 1 to 4 seeds. The edible rate is 77.7%. The fruit clusters are large, weighing 0.5 to 1.0 kilograms per cluster, and it is highly productive. It matures from late July to early August.
