Description
The fruit is round or oval-shaped. When ripe, the skin turns bright yellow with a smooth surface and occasional shallow ridges. The flesh is milky white or pale yellow, semi-transparent with a jelly-like texture. It has a sweet, delicate flavor with a hint of milk fragrance and a high sugar content (over 16° Brix).
Bears fruit twice a year: the first harvest ripens in late July, and the second in early November.
