Description
Red Blood Peach 1: A variety approved by the Hubei Provincial Forest Variety Certification Committee, maturing in late June. The fruit is oval-shaped, with an average weight of 214 grams, and the largest fruit weighing over 310 grams. The fruit top is slightly concave, with a shallow and symmetrical suture. The skin has short, sparse fuzz and is completely covered in a rosy red color. The skin cannot be easily separated from the flesh when the fruit is ripe. The flesh is a rich red color, firm, with little juice, and has a balanced sweet-tart flavor with moderate fragrance, making it excellent for fresh consumption. The soluble solid content is 14.14%, total sugar content is 10.48%, titratable acid content is 0.49%, and vitamin C content is 23.06 mg/kg. The fruit is freestone with a medium-sized pit and has good storage properties, lasting about 7 days at room temperature.
