Description
It is a unique variety with a flowering period in March and fruit ripening in mid-to-late June, effectively avoiding frost damage to young fruits during winter and spring. The fruit weighs approximately 45 grams on average, with an edible rate exceeding 70%. It contains 13%–16% soluble solids and 0.1%–0.3% total acidity, offering a high-sugar, low-acid profile. The fruit is juicy, richly sweet, and flavorful, with a distinct, concentrated taste. Its sugar-to-acid ratio is more than 2.2 times higher than that of the “Big Five-Star” loquat, making it an exceptional choice for quality and resilience.
