a. Dead on Arrival (DOA): If the tree arrives in a completely nonviable condition, you must notify us within three (3) days from the date of delivery.

b. Incorrect or Damaged Trees: If you receive the wrong tree or if the tree is damaged during shipping, you must contact us within three (3) days of receipt.

2. Return Timeframe:

You must initiate the return process within the specified timeframe as mentioned in section 1. We are unable to process returns or exchanges beyond this period.

3. Return Procedure:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Upon receiving the returned tree(s), our team will inspect them to verify the eligibility of the return. If the tree meets the criteria outlined in section 1, we will proceed with the return, exchange, or refund as requested.

5. Refund or Exchange:

a. Refund: If you opt for a refund, it will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow seven (7) days for the refund to be processed.

b. Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will work with you to select a suitable replacement tree, subject to availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

a. Trees that have been planted or used.

b. Trees that have been in your possession for longer than the specified return timeframe.

c. Trees that are returned without proper authorization.

a. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the tree being DOA.

b. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping method for returning trees to ensure their safe arrival.
