Description
It is a high-sugar plum variety that matures in late July. Each fruit weighs around 35 grams, with the largest reaching up to 66 grams. The fruit has a yellow-green surface and an oval shape, with a noticeable waxy coating. The top of the fruit is slightly protruding on one side, and the suture line is prominent. The flesh is finely textured, crisp, and juicy, with a sweet flavor reminiscent of honey, which is how it got its name. The plum is freestone, and its quality is considered excellent.
