Description
Lingshan Xiang lychee is a lychee variety named after its place of origin, Lingshan. It is one of the flagship varieties of Lingshan lychees. The fruit matures in early to mid-July each year and is medium-sized with an oval shape. Each fruit weighs approximately 21 grams and has a small seed. The skin is dark red with a slight purple hue, and the flesh is waxy white, crisp, and sweet with a fragrant aroma. The soluble solids content ranges from 20% to 22%, with the edible portion making up 76.6% of the total fruit weight. Most seeds are shrunken, and the fruit is of excellent quality, suitable for fresh consumption, drying, and canning.
