White Wax (Baila): Also known as “July Ripening,” this is a relatively late-maturing variety, with fruit ripening from Major Heat to Autumn Equinox (late July to late September). The skin is yellowish-white, with sun-exposed, fully ripe fruits turning light red. The flesh is dense, tender, and smooth with a sweet and refreshing flavor, making it a high-quality variety. It is tolerant of rich soil and highly productive, resistant to wind and rain, with minimal fruit drop and a long harvesting period.
