Baishi (白市柚)

Description

It has a flattened round shape with a flat base. The skin is thin, golden yellow, smooth, and has a strong fragrance. Each fruit weighs between 1.0 and 1.5 kilograms. It has a soluble solids content of at least 11% and a solid-acid ratio of at least 40%. The flesh is yellowish-white, tender, and melts in the mouth, with a balanced sweet and sour taste and a slightly bitter aftertaste. It has a rich flavor and few seeds.
