Description
The fruit peel is red to purple in color, crisp in texture, hard enough, highly sweet, and has a special apple aroma. The pedicle end of the fruit is flat or conical. The weight of the fruit is generally 2.5-3.5 oz. The fruit is trumpet-shaped, the top is wider than the shoulder, the center of the top is sunken, the skin is purple-red, and the ridge on the skin of the fruit is obvious. The fruit surface is shiny and waxy, the flesh is off-white, less spongey, crisp, juicy and sweet. Degeneration of seeds within the fruit. The soluble solid content is about 10% to 11%, with excellent quality and good texture and taste.
