Description
Chao Jin Xing Hawthorn has flattened, round fruits with a deep red color. Each fruit weighs an average of 24 grams, with the largest reaching 31 grams. The fruit has small and sparse dots, giving it a smooth and attractive appearance. It has a stronger sweetness compared to Da Jin Xing Hawthorn, with a milder sour taste.
In addition to the large size of individual fruits, the fruit clusters are also large, with an average of 11 fruits per cluster, and sometimes as many as 33, leading to high yields. The fruit has good storage properties, lasting until April of the following year. It matures in mid to late October and has strong disease resistance.
