Early Hong Yan Peach (早红艳桃)

Description

Early Hong Yan Peach is a very early-maturing, white-fleshed peach variety with SH-type firm flesh that remains firm for a long time without softening. It ripens in early June. The fruit is nearly round with a slightly concave top. Its appearance is striking, with an average fruit weight of around 180 grams and larger fruits reaching 240 grams. The base color of the fruit is white, but it is entirely covered with a vibrant red blush. The flesh is white, crisp, sweet, and clingstone, with a soluble solid content of 14%.
