Ehime 46 Orange (爱媛46, 阿蜜达柑桔)

Description

Ehime 46, also known as Amida, is an early-maturing variety of Papeda mandarin. It is a hybrid of Ehime 38 and Chun Jian. The fruit has a relatively thin and soft peel, maturing from late November to early December. It has a seedless, melt-in-the-mouth texture, similar in quality to Xingjin 44 Orange. The average fruit weighs around 256 grams, with larger fruits exceeding 300 grams. It is a large-fruited variety with a high sugar content, approximately 15.5%.
