Green Crispy Plum (青脆李)

Description

A high-sugar plum variety, also known as Bashan Crispy Plum. It matures in early August, with a single fruit weighing between 38-50 grams. The fruit is round, with light yellow-green skin that is smooth, and covered in a light grayish-white waxy coating. The fruit has small and sparse white spots, a yellow-green surface, and a small pit that is easily separated from the flesh, with an edible rate of 97.8%. The flesh is pale yellow, juicy, sweet, mildly fragrant, and free of any astringency. It has a honey-like sweetness, crisp texture, and a pleasant aroma. The fruit’s juice content is moderate, with a soluble solid content of around 14.0%, total sugar content of 8.54%, and total acidity of 0.3-0.5%.
