Description
Jin Kui kiwi fruit, a variety of Actinidia deliciosa, produces large fruits with an average weight of 103.5g and a maximum weight of 173g. It matures in late September. When fully ripened, the fruit contains 17.7–21.4% soluble solids, 5.27–6.18% reducing sugars, 1.08–1.23% total acidity, and 91.2–155.6 mg of vitamin C per 100g. Known for its excellent storage resistance, it can be kept for 30–40 days at room temperature and preserved in cold storage until May of the following year.
