Shape and Size: The fruit is “egg-shaped,” similar to the Irwin variety, with each mango weighing around 350-450 grams, making it a medium-sized fruit.
Color: The young fruit is charmingly green with a hint of red. When mature, the fruit stem is slightly concave, and the skin turns a pleasing yellow with a touch of peach-red.
Flesh: The typical flesh yield is 75%–82%. The flesh is fine, smooth, and has minimal fiber.
Taste: The mango has a sweetness level of 13-18 degrees Brix and a soluble solids content of 15-18 Brix, resulting in a delicate and dense texture.
It has an impressive shelf life, lasting 6-8 days at room temperature.
Aroma: The mango emits an exceptional fragrance, remarkably layered like “perfume,” contributing to its appeal.
