Ninghai White Loquat (宁海白枇杷)

Description

Also known as White Lychee Loquat, is a high-quality new loquat variety selected from the Baisha loquat. It is a mid-to-late ripening white-fleshed loquat variety, maturing in early to mid-June in the Shanghai region. The fruit is oval-shaped, with an average weight of 52 grams, and the largest fruits can reach up to 85 grams. The skin is light yellow, thin, and the flesh is thick with a delicate texture. It has a sweet and tangy flavor, with a soluble solids content of 13-16%, reaching up to 19.2% in some cases. The fruit boasts a rich flavor, an edible rate of 73.4%, and contains 1-4 seeds per fruit.
