Description
It produces long oval-shaped fruits with a distinct suture line and symmetrical sides. The skin is smooth and glossy, turning a deep red when fully colored, with yellow speckles and a powdery bloom. The average fruit weighs between 200 to 300 grams. The flesh is thick, orange-yellow, with a fine, dense texture, and a rich, sweet flavor with a pleasant aroma. The fruit has a soluble solid content of 18.5%, is freestone, and has a very small pit, with an edible rate of 97%, making it of exceptional quality.
The fruit is firm, and after harvesting, it can be stored at room temperature for over two weeks. During storage, the fruit’s color becomes more vibrant, and its aroma intensifies. The fruits reach full color and ripeness in mid to late September.
