Shixia (石硖龙眼)

Description

It is a traditional high-quality variety from China, known for its superior taste and rich flavor. The fruit is characterized by its crisp flesh and small seed. Each fruit weighs approximately 8 to 10 grams, with the flesh being white, translucent, and juicy, though the juice does not spill out easily. You can even wrap the flesh in paper without it becoming wet. The texture of the flesh is crisp, sweet, and melts in the mouth, with a pleasant fragrance. The flesh easily separates from the seed, and the fruit’s shell is a brownish-yellow color, nearly round in shape. It has a soluble solids content of 23% and a total sugar content of 13%.
