Description
An early-ripening white-fleshed loquat variety, it matures in mid-to-late May in the Shanghai region. The fruit is oblate, with an average weight of about 30 grams, and larger fruits can reach up to 50 grams. The skin is light yellow, thin, and easy to peel, while the flesh is pure white, delicate, and melts in the mouth with a sweet and tangy taste. The soluble solids content ranges from 12.0% to 14.6%, and the edible rate exceeds 70%.
