Zhonghua Shoutao (中华寿桃)

It is a new variety selected from a natural bud mutation of the Northern Chinese Winter Peach. This variety is highly regarded and is often praised as the finest of all peaches. This matures in late October.

The average fruit weight is about 400 grams, with the largest reaching up to 1000 grams. The fruit has a creamy yellow base color, and when fully ripe, more than 60% of the surface turns bright red, making it visually striking. The flesh is fine and tender, non-melting, with a sweet flavor and excellent quality.
