Description
It was selected from natural seedlings at the Taicheng Farm in Fuqing, Fujian. The fruits are large, with an average weight of 42 grams, and are obovate in shape with an orange-red skin. The flesh is orange-red, exceptionally thick, averaging 1.23 cm, with a dense, tender texture and minimal fiber. It has a high sugar-acid content, a soluble solids content of 10.0%–12.0%, and a rich flavor. Notably, 73% of the fruits are single-seeded, with an edible rate of 74%–80%. The fruit matures in mid-to-late May.
